College Projects - 2 Modelling
First college modelling project. It's a bear in a bed. Bear is marzipan, pillow and bed are sugarpaste. My first real modelling attempt and I was quite pleased with the outcome.
Project 2 - Practise cake
A practice cake made to practise covering cakes (and to use some some ready made grren sugarpaste). Daisys made using plunger daisy cutter
College Projects - 1
The first project completed at my basic cake decorating course. This was the first cake completed at week 5 (of a 10 week course). Icing was coloured pink and cake and board were covered. Crimped around the edge with a curved scallop crimper. Hello Kitty design made using a template drawn on to greaseproof paper and built up in 3D.
First project - 1st birthday cake
Project 1 - a first birthday cake. Inspiration came from a book. It's plain white as I didn't know how to colour so I was limited to white and the pre-coloured available in the supermarket. Letters were found on the internet, printed off then laminated and used as a template to cut round.
